Located in the heart of Richmond Hill, this project was a collaboration between Zonix and Dormer, featuring 90 thoughtfully designed units, including a mix of stacked townhomes and traditional townhouses. Crafted with contemporary architecture and top-tier amenities, the development seamlessly blends urban elegance with suburban tranquility, offering a modern living experience within a timeless community. The project was completed and sold to a builder following approvals.
